Been scouring the net for answers and tried a lot of solutions but to no avail.

Nvidia driver issue obviously from it. The Not Less or Equal error is a common issue, I would try and type that into google for some more fixes.

Have you tried cleanly uninstalling drivers, using this :

http://www.overclock.net/t/1150443/how-to-remove-your-nvidia-gpu-drivers,

Then run DriverSweeper in Safe Mode and remove all AMD drivers (Unless you have an AMD CPU of course!), Nvidia Chipset and display drivers.

Reinstall 314.22 and you should be good to go.
