I am getting a BSOD and it says Registry_Error, the error code is 0xc000009a. I can only boot in safe mode. I have tried resetting CMOS but it didn't help. Also it said ''boot failure detected'' on the BIOS, but I managed to get through that. I have been using my PC for 2 years and it had no issues until now.

Use system restore and revert to time before problems appeared.

If there is no restore point available, then it depends on, where in registry you have the corruption.
If it's in user portion, then create a new user profile.
If it is in system portion, then prepare to reinstall windows.

I can't use system restore. And there is no restore point

1)backup your data
then try a registry cleaning tool like ccleaner(personally I don't use them anymore)
Many people don't reccomend CCleaner.
Maybe there is a way I can get Registry backup files? But I don't have the RegBack folder on CMD

only if you did a manual backup

like SkyNetRising said you could try a new user login

then other option is fresh os install.... after you did a backup of your data
How can I try it if I can't get into Windows. Only thing I can get into is Safe Mode

You can use the system, restore point like that article says. Or you can restore from a backup that you made. Or you can format the drive and install windows clean.

Use this incident as a learning experience, and start keeping regular backups of your system.
