Question BSOD Screen - Even after clean windows install

This has been bugging me for the last 30 hours. The PC keeps crashing and restarting. As you guys are already familiar with BSOD screen.
The error code says - stop code pfn list corrupt.
The most annoying this is, I formatted my SSD and re-installed the windows. I faced this again within only one hour.
SFC Scan -
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag."

Memory diagnostic didn't report any problem.
I switched out hard disks, switched rams. installed clean OS. What's the issue?

I don't know what this mean. Can you guys help me out?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
what the cpu/gpu temp?

I understand that the spec is little bit old but most of the parts have been replaced over the years. Some parts are even still under warranty.
