[SOLVED] bsod screen - issue - how do i get this solved?

Hi there,

I have an laptop, the BSOD screen is causing my laptop to be suddenly restart, and when it restarts it takes it;s own time to restart.

Could i please know how do i get the BSOD dump here and get it resolved?

Laptop Config: Sony Vaio
Processor: Intel core I3 3120M @2.50 Ghz
Motherboard - Unable to get details
Graphics onboard: Intel HD Graphics 4000
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows 7

Have you made any hardware changes or Software upgrading before this problem started?
Did you install any New windows Updates?

But if i were you i would simply just do a fresh install of windows again...It solves many problems and helps fixing the situation!But if you did that already and still nothing works it could then lead to a faulty hardware component...Mostly on laptops it could be the RAM stick itself or maybe AN hardrive error.
You can also try to repair your windows by downloading the Media creation toll 1909 and try to repair windows by using a bootable USB drive.
