When I attempt to start my PC the OS(Win7 Home Premium) fails to load. After I entering the admin password the OS acts as though it is going to load then I receive the BSOD with the following message:
sftfslh.sys page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
I have tried using various system restore points which initially worked but no longer continues to. I am able to start the computer in safe mode & I have ran a chkdsk while in safe mode but the problem persists.
I have also tried last known working configuration,start-up repair,
The PC is a HP & it was a recovery manager but when I attempted to back up the data on the drive a file was prepared & the recovery manager instructed me to put a CD-R in the optic drive.
There is far more than 700MB of data on the drive I wish to back up.
