Hi...
I have been experiencing a lot of BSODs since i upgraded my BIOS.
I did a lot of research, tried every method, but the BSODs still keep popping up, especially when playing games.

My config is-
MOBO- Asus M5A97LER2.0
Processor- AMD FX-8350
RAM- GSKILL RIPJAWS 8GBx3=24GB
GPU- MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 560Ti Twin Frozer II
HDD- SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1TB
OS- Windows 7 64bit OEM Activated

I upgraded my BIOS from version 1903(I believe) to version 2501.
I need a proper solution please.

Some BIOS updates go hand in hand with certain driver updates. I am thinking of USB drivers in particular.
I would need to see what your actual bugchecks were. Custom memory timing settings would be reset after a bios update. Run memtest86 to confirm the memory timings

The initial BSODs were due to nvidia (nvlddmkm.sys). After some research, I reset the CMOS.
After the CMOS reset there were no nvidia errors, but there popped alot of dxgmms1.sys errors, classpnp.sys errors twice. IRQL_NOT_LESS _OR EQUAL , MEMORY_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT were the errors.

if you already updated the BIOS go ahead and run the memtest86 and confirm it runs without errors. Otherwise, put a copy of your memory .dmp file on a server and post a link.

How many passes should I run?
And how much time would it take?
I already downloaded latest memtest 86+ , a USB bootable version.

if you get errors, stop and update the BIOS or move/remove RAM.
no errors, I would run it for at least a few hours if not overnight.
