Recently updated the BIOS, but since doing so, have encountered several different BSOD errors.

Specs:

Motherboard - MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
CPU - Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: T-Force DDR4 64GB (16x4) 3600Mhz (overkill, but trying to future-proof).
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon AMD RX 5700 XT
PSU Seasonic Focus GX 750W
Windows 10

I was using the out-of-the box BIOS from MSI which was 7C02v30 (release date 2019-07-11).

I updated the BIOS to 7C02v3G (release date 2023-04-27)

Since doing so, I've received several different BSOD from ntoskrnl.exe to winload.efi errors.

From looking at the reliability history, I have the following messages:

I disabled XMP on the updated BIOS, but the issue still persisted. I've rolled back to my previous BIOS and I'm back up and running again with XMP enabled, but not sure if the issue is resolved long term.

I initially suspected it was my RAM, but according to the MSI website the B450 is compatible with 4 DIMM slots of T-Force RAM (SK Hynix chipset).

Do I need to change any settings within the updated BIOS so that it's compatible with my hardware?

Cheers

If I were you, I'd have gradually worked my way up to the latest BIOS version as opposed to jumping to the latest version. Try and clear the CMOS. Then try and work with two sticks of ram and see if the system regains stability/functionality.
