BSOD SP1 for no apparent reason

So I just bought Win 7 OEM a week ago. I had not installed anything on it or even used it until last night when I was putting all the drivers on and giving it the microsoft updates. Well this morning I turned off my PC and moved it about 3 ft and then restarted it. as soon as It loaded it BSODs. here is what it told me

I tried doing a system restore from before the windows updates but that did absolutely nothing. any help would be appreciated, I assume i wont be able to re-install windows because I have an OEM version.

The fact that you have an oem version does not prevent you from reloading the OS , you can just format and reload. So what is the state of the Pc now , are you able to get into windows or does it keep giving a blue screen and when you restart how far do you get before it gives the blue screen. Can you get into the bios? You left the computer on all night and this morning you shut it down to move it ? Did you recheck all the connections to see if anything got losened inside?

I can get into my account for about a second before it BSODs on me. as far as safe mode and networking goes, it's perfectly fine. i checked all my connections and everything was tight. i even put in my other HDD with XP on it and it worked perfectly.
