I recently started Having Bsod/Freezes. This is what started my issue, http://i.imgur.com/u93mzWC.jpg I http://i.imgur.com/PEG5UnO.jpg

Here a puush log of my gpuz sensor log from furmark upon running blops 3 http://puu.sh/lqNPM/4d0c3dc8c1.txt

DXDiag: http://puu.sh/lqOaA/53cf52c013.txt

Here are my dump files after reinstalling windows, they may not work as i din't have a chance to change the dump settings until just now https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B22Nju_zb1ggc013cW9lbHY4Mjg/view?usp=sharing I will try to force a bsod tonight after i finish trying to get all my drivers re-installed.

The Following is in sequence of what i've done

- Freezes/BSOD

- Tested ram memtest86 as a bootable aswell as other tools ( No errors, Tested All slots with both sticks, even did dual sticks 8 passes each)

- Swap HDD cables/Get new SATA

- Tested HDD Seatools, Chkdsk, SFC /Scannow (Index errors on chkdsk when it wanted me to auto check after a crash)

- Tested GPU Furmark, Heaven ( No errors no Heat issues)

- After imput from others, RMA'D GPU

- Replaced amd card with old zotac 520 ( No issues crash wise running warframe)

- Put in new RMA GPU (Still having bsod and those monitor issues with it locking up my pc)

- Decided to clean install windows ( Get BSOD during installation Error flashed to fast to see what they were, recall one being a 0x00007e)

- Finally get windows installed ( Still have issues with bsod, Decided to reinstall windows again)

- Clean install of windows goes perfectly fine this time, no issues at all during installation

- Repeat chkdsk/Memtest86 (No issues)

- Test Ram in my brothers pc, no issues, test his Ram in my PC get issues

- Update drivers from MF websites

- Start trying to play Blops 3/Warframe still get the lockups and screen glitches ( din't have any BSOD for a good two days)

- Get more of the 0x0000f4 BSOD today upon posting this, still doing windows updates.

I'm pretty much at a loss at this point the only thing i can point my fingers at now is perhaps it's the motherboard or the PSU. The last thing i'm going to do is test the GPU in my brothers PC.

Solution
The first picture you posted. without any doubt points to your Visiontek PSU.
You have had three years of good use out of a 700W power supply.

It`s pretty obvious when your graphics card image gets fouled up or the screen freezes.
And memory errors start to be come more and more frequent.
Also if the system just freezes, and the bios locks up also while you are in it.
And also if you have problems with the system starting up first time on a power up after being off for a while.
That the problem lies with your PSU. It`s fluctuating to much on the 12v 5v and 3.3v power rails of the Psu.

Pull the PSU out of your brothers system if it can provide enough watts for your system and you will find that your system becomes stable again.

Solution

That's what i'm thinking it's a rather cheap PSU and i have well over 5K Hours logged onto the PSU/CPU/RAM
heres what i posted for smorizio from HWinfo, maybe you can get a read from it, as i have no clue when it comes to power consumption.

I planned on doing a new 100% build next year when the new artic island cards come out anyways, i just want this one to last me until then.

Will give that a try tomorrow, went ahead and bought my new PSU for my upcoming build anyways, and will see if this fixes my issues, appreciate the replies.
