In my past experience with W7 BSODs my PC tends to shut down when I get them. I can never read the actual BSOD text. But I was gone for about 4 hours, left my computer on. I always leave it on, though, so that is un-important. Anyways, got back, came into my room. My monitor said "No Signal" and my keyboard, which I leave back-lit all the time cause I can't read it otherwise, was off. Nothing would respond. My HDD cooler fan, as well as both of my case fans (all three are blue-backlit) were still on, and shining too. 2nd time within a few days that I have gotten this exact problem. The BCC is the same.
