[SOLVED] BSOD, System reverts all changes prior to restart, failing drive?

Hey everyone. Just recently I have started having trouble with my computer. It is an i5 4460, 1050ti, 240gb ssd and 1tb hdd. I was playing GTA and it gave me a blue screen saying memory_managment. One of the online guides said to reinstall GPU drivers, and when I opened Geforce Experience, it gave me the error code: "error code 0x0003". I've gotten this many times before, and have managed to fix it each time, but this time when I try to uninstall it and restart, all my changes go back to what they were. I installed CCleaner to fix registry issues, and when I restart it is magically gone. Not installed anywhere. It is a relatively fresh install of Windows onto the new ssd, and I recently installed 4 RGB fans that connect using sata. I also installed SpeedFan. I have as much information as you need but please try to help if you can. Thanks everyone.

how many BSOD you get? only one or it keeps happening?

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

copy that file to documents

upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem

I cannot install DDU onto the SSD or it will get deleted after any restart, so I installed it onto the hard drive. I followed the linked tutorial in the DDU tutorial to get into safe mode. However, when at the end you press restart, it brings me back to the login screen and no safe mode. I will do the BSOD dump as you mentioned, and hope that you can save it to the hard drive or else it will get erased.

edit: I have gotten two seperate BSODs, memory_managment and something like system_managnment. I reseated my ram to try and solve the issue. No luck.

Memory to windows includes the ssd as it is where the page file should be, so perhaps you need to download HD Sentinel Trial version and on the Disk tab, run any scans you can on ssd to check its okay. https://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_sentinel_trial.php

It is a 240GB Gigabyte ssd. I bought it very recently. I should've documented the BSOD. I will download the HD Sentinel Trial.

I would try disabling fast start up. https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html. While a restart should preclude fast startup from working, it's the only thing I can think of that would revert Windows back to a previous state undoing changes that were made. I followed the first tutorial and then shut down and turned on again. I went back to control panel to check and it had reenabled itself. After then doing the GeForce experience article (which I had tried before) to no luck, I thought why don't i just try to install completely fresh windows. I only had a few weeks of files on the SSD, anyways. I installed the Media Creation Tool from microsoft and it always ended up crashing. The BSOD was system_service_exception. I tried making a bootable USB on my mac, but it was taking to long. I'll set it to copy files over night and reset unless there is something else I should try.
