So I just got my laptop (My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 5459) a new hdd, since my old hdd was at like 9k bad sectors, 4% health. Now my current hdd is running without problems, but suddenly, while playing Valorant (idk if relevant), I got into a BSOD saying System Thread Exception Not Handled. and here I'll also attach a pic of Bluescreenview of the dump file. For reference, I also tried updating the intel drivers, both GPU and CPU (i5-6200u and Intel(R) HD Graphics 520, and windows said drivers are up to date.

Solution
First crash -
Nov 18 2018Netwbw02.sysIntel Wireless WiFi Link driver
then I asked you to update them
Second crash -
Apr 29 2019Netwbw02.sysIntel Wireless WiFi Link driver
they are getting newer.

Wonder if anything newer still.

well, i found how to remove and replace it but i am just wanting to find out what it is
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165/3160 - its so hard to get that answer out of google.

well, this is older than the one you have - https://www.dell.com/support/home/e...ckage provides Intel Dual,: Windows 10 64-bit. so that no use.

try...

Hi, can you upload the minidumps from C:\Windows\minidump ? Copy them to another folder first, then upload them to a file sharing site such as OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox then provide a link to the dump files here. We can pull more info from the dumps files than BlueScreenViewer can show you.

afd.sys = anciliary function driver for winsock. Its one of the drivers used by windows for Internet
ndis.sys is Network Driver Interface Specification (another clue)
Netwbw02.sys - Intel Wireless Adapter Driver for Windows (version 8.1 – 64 Bit)
latest Network drivers here are Nov 2019 - https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-au/product-support/product/inspiron-14-5459-laptop/drivers (you should let website scan for updates)

try updating your wifi drivers
I see, I just tried updating my Intel wifi adapter through device manager and it did download it.

its still showing the same driver name. I will let Gardenman convert files before I figure out whats going on.

Did you ever use a 3rd party driver updater to get drivers? Something like Driver Easy or Driver Booster? As they can put the wrong drivers on PC. Might explain it.

I only used Device Manager to update my Intel wireless adapter, didn't use any 3rd party programs.
