Symptoms :
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD happening randomly
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION when uninstalling drivers using DDU
Unable to install Nvidia drivers to the default location, always says "7-zip data error" even though I don't have 7zip installed. and the drivers are an executable
Geforce experience is just a black screen with the fancy geforce outline
Sometimes unable to open task manager, haven't caught a screenshot yet but im sure it said something located in internet explorer was blocking it (sounds like a virus, but I haven't been able to detect any using malwarebytes )
Wallpaper vanishes quite often.
Very wierd wallpaper glitches:

What I've done so far:
Uninstalled drivers several times using DDU in safe mode and installed them in safe mode, with complications listed above
sfc /scannow , nothing detected
ran Malwarebytes scan several times
Installed Geforce experience separately from drivers, at least this now works.

I've been also having problems with my PC a few months back, but the problem seemed to have fixed itself. Link to the thread: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/system_service-exception.3519332/
