(BSOD) tcpip.sys / Ntoskrnl.exe - Bad_Pool_Header Windows 10

Having issues with a computer that I've built myself. About 5 minutes into use my computer will BSOD reading BAD_POOL_HEADER.

The only informaiton i have is that its being caused by tcpip.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

I'm completely at a loss, bsod's have plagued me for a while, but this one makes the PC unusable.

tcpip.sys = internet connections. I would update lan drivers for motherbaord. Could also run an anti virus scan as well.

Can you download and run who crashed - it will give us a glimpse of the errors you getting and might help us solve them
