Question BSOD then NO POST

I was loading into a CSGO map when suddenly I got a PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA BSOD, then when booting up my PC again I got no post. Ive recently got a new GPU (XFX RX570 4GB) since my old GPU died.

Specs :
CPU : Intel Xeon X5450
MOBO: Asus P5Q PRO P45
RAM : 4x2GB
GPU : XFX RX 570 4GB

Make and model of the PSU and it's age? What was the make and model of the older GPU? Power down the system, remove from wall socket, remove CMOS battery and remove one stick of ram. Then replace the CMOS battery and power up the system, see if you get POST>BIOS.

Chieftec I-Arena GP-550S, around a year or two old. My old GPU was an MSI R7 265 2GB OC edition. Removing one stick hasnt changed anything.
