What do you make of this BSOD?
Also, why is it so blurry & replicated/overlapped multiple times?

It happened tonight as I was copying a 1.4GB folder of mostly excel files from the boot drive to an external usb memory stick.
The usb memory is over 50GB - plenty of space.
I've seen this BSOD screen before, but I don't recall what I was doing.
I had to force the computer down by pressing and holding power button.

I have tried the following:
Memory Diagnostics (just the built-in Windows 11 one, that asks you to reboot before it runs 2 passes), found nothing.
SFC /scannow = found some corrupted files and fixed them.
Adata SSD Toolbox (Quick & Full diagnostics / Optimize drive) = nothing found.
Updated graphics card driver and have the latest motherboard Bios

Can you get into windows now?
Will it boot in safe mode?
Does it happen regularly?
Yes, I'm back in Windows. It will also boot into safe mode, if I need to.

I would say it happens infrequently, this is maybe the 3rd time I've seen this BSOD in a few months.
In this case, it happened while I was transferring a large folder filled with excel files to a USB memory stick.

BSOD - Faulty Hardware Corrupted Page - does this BSOD mean some hardware in particular, i.e. memory or ssd drive, gpu?
How do I narrow down what happened here?

EDIT: Looking into Event Viewer, I found this:

Hypervisor launch failed; Either SVM not present or not enabled in BIOS.

The virtualization-based security enablement policy check at phase 0 failed with status: Virtual Secure Mode (VSM) is not initialized. The hypervisor or VSM may not be present of enabled. .

Dump file generation succeeded

Dump file generation failed due to error during dump creation
Note: (I forced the computer down because it seemed to be hanging on 100% on the BSOD screen)

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Could possibly be a memory problem with the ram. You should run memtest to see if it checkes out ok.
Also update any firmware on your hard drive and run some tests on it to check it. If you have two sticks of memory, e.g 2x8gb, see if they are in slots A2 & B2 on the mobo. What PSU do you have? Let us know. Cheers.
