Question BSOD - "Video Memory Managment Internal" - dxgmms2.sys

I just got a BSOD- error code: Video memory management internal. Dump files indicates an issue with the program "dxgmms2.sys"

-I have all the latest GPU drivers installed {Nvidia 512.95}.
-Memtest shows no Ram issues
-CHKDSK scans report no errors in SSD or HDD

My specs:
- i3 10100F
-GTX 1650 Gddr6
-H510m pro-e
-16Gb ram 2666 mhz
-120gb SSD (for system)
-500gb HDD (for games)
-450W PSU
-Windows 10 Home

12v lane wattage is 350watt, its a 20 days old chinese xigmatek psu, and the bios version is the latest ver 1.3
