Hello, So I seemed to have already fixed it by doing the scan now on Command prompt and or scanning the disk.
Just for some background my Specs are
ryzen 5 3600
RTX 3050
16 gigs of ddr4. Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
650 watt psu Rosewill
I just wanted to check what happened the issue in the first place.

As I launched starfield while I was watching a video on it at 1080p my pc froze for a few seconds as it was launching. (This has never happened before)
I was on the menu changing some display settings in game and when trying to load into my save the pc froze again and I got the BSOD.
What was weird is that after fixing the issue starfield ran normal and I was able to play and walk around normally. I'm assuming that since the game is very demanding, especially that the 3050 is barely slightly over the specs and while watching a video on 1080p it might have been too much for my GPU but I really dont know.
I initially thought it was due to the DLSS mod that recently came out for Starfield but again since this is the first time this has happened and I played through launch since early access I have no Clue.

I was able to get the dump file from mini dumb if that helpes with anything to find out what happened. I can provide anything else if neede regarding more error files.

Oh and thank you for anyone who helps out

This is an automatic dump file analyzer that can give you a rough idea...

Chances are that your video scheduler could not cope with the execution load and ran into an exception, but there could be some other reason as well. You can also check your Event Viewer or Reliability Monitor for clues.

Yeah I believe it was driver error. The first two errors in the Reliability Monitor showed.
