I built a new desktop the other night, and it ran smoothly for about a day, until I installed Panda Anti-Virus and activated it. Upon reboot, I get a BSoD during the Windows Loading screen. It's an extremely fast flash of the blue screen, and then it reboots. Any ideas as to why this might be? Here are my specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-920 Processor
Video Card: 1GB DDR3 EVGA GeForce GTX 285
Hard Drives: (2x) SATA 3.5" Seagate Barracuda 1.5TB 32MB SATA HD 7200 RPM [RAID 0]
Motherboard: EVGA X58 3X SLI Intel Core i7 Motherboard
Memory: (6x) Corsair 2GB XMS3 DDR3 Platinum Series
Operating System: Windows Vista 64 Ultimate

will your system boot into safemode? if it can, go into safe mode and uninstall panda and see if that works. or you could try a system restore to the checkpoint before you installed panda.

If you can boot to safe mode goto
start|right click computer|properties|advanced system settings|advanced|startup and recovery settings and uncheck the automatic restart box.
Then if you get a BSOD again it will stop and let you read the message.

Also as stated above while in safe mode try to delete the Panda

One other thing that could pertain Im not sure. In your BIOS check to see if you have a AV chip and if so turn it off as they may be conflicting.
