[SOLVED] BSOD - WHEA Uncorrectable Error Help Please

Currently getting BSOD as stated in title. I have ran memtests and prime95 with no errors. A few months ago I had a different bsod but I cannot remember the exact one as it seemed to have went away by itself. I have tried to upload a memory.dmp file to google drive but it tells me I do not have permission to do this even though I am administrator. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Can anybody help please? I will upload DMP file if somebody explains how to. I have tried searching how to do it but even with admin privileges it doesnt let me. I have also tried switching out my ram now but problem still continues
My specs are:
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 1070
Processor: Ryzen 7 1700X
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B-350f- Gaming

I don't know if you still need help with this.

But to upload the DMP I think it helps to copy and paste the file to another location (say the desktop). Then it should be good to upload or use BlueScreenView on it.
