Hey there,

2 days ago i was gaming on my pc when my screen just randomly froze. I havent updated anything at all last week. After it froze i had to restart my pc and since then im getting the whea uncorrectable error. I basically tried all the things i can do. I cant have acces to my pc so i tried to do the options i have in safemode. I tried to reset my pc to a previous version and even reset it to factory settings. But this just doesnt even work properly. It just starts the progress to reset. Then when my pc startsup again it gives the bsod immediately and i cant go further with the reset. I have tried to chckmydsk and there was nothing wrong. I went through my bios settings. Nothing seems wrong. I cant find the option to reset my bios anywhere. I have tried every reachable solution and nothing worked. My specs are;

GIGABYTE B360M DS3H
Intel Core i5-9600K (6x 3700MHz - Turbo 4600MHz)
Cooler Master Hyper H412R
16GB DDR4 2400MHz (Corsair Vengeance LPX)
NVIDIA RTX 2070 8GB (GIGABYTE RTX 2070 Windforce)
Onboard 7.1 Surround Sound
240GB Solid State Drive (Crucial BX500)
480GB Solid State Drive (Crucial BX500)

I cant get in my dump files bc my pc reboots 5 sec after the startup.

Pls help i have been trying everything and nothing works. I have alot of deadlines aswell for work and really dont want to go on my old shitty backup laptop

Thanks for the read

Does safe mode work?

Can you go into file explorer in safe mode and see how big memory.dmp file is on the C drive, it should be in the root directory. It might tell us what it thinks is cause.

WHEA - Windows Hardware Error Architecture. It is an error called by CPU but rarely caused by it.
can be caused by overclocking soi remove if you have one
can be caused by overclocking software so programs like Intel extreme tuning utility, MSI Afterburner
can be caused by heat (hence question above about temps)
can be caused by any hardware.

I feel if it happens during a reset, its not likely to be a driver error. I could guess its the GPU since you froze during a game, though knowing what PSU you have is a valid question :)
