BSOD When 4 cores are enabled need help

My previous Rig was burned along with our house last year since then I have been saving up to build a cheap one.
I have managed to build a cheap rig
With
X3430
8gb kingston ram
Foxconn h55mxv
Gtx 560ti
Corsair vs 550 power supply
500gb wd hdd

So here is my problem when all core are enable which is 4 the system would bsod with 0x0000124 in windows 7 and whea uncontrollable error on windows 8.1
It would bsod after 5 mins on booting to windows i suspect it is outdated MB bios flashed the latest it still occured 1 down tried different ram sticks problem still occured 2 down
Check temps pretty cool, tried diffeeent hdd and new install of windows problem still persist tried different power supply problem still persist i even check bent pins but all are fine ,cleared cmos but still noy good out of curiosity i enable 2 cores only as the option is only (all, 1,2) and boom system is running fine no sign of bsod

Now is there anything i can do? I really want that extra cores for extra performance
Is there any hotfix update? That can fix this



If anybody will say why build on a pretty old and outdated platform
Im pretty tight on cash and i got this parts for a good deal

Can you just ad some more core voltage ? That usually stabilizes system.

Now that is a problem as this mobo has no cpu voltage option in the bios
Upon checking on cpu-z with 4 cores on voltage maxed at 1.2v is this the default for this type of xeon chip?

Vid Voltage range is 0.6500V-1.4000V and max would be at 100% load and 2.8GHz. (turbo).

Am i running on a voltage problem? Or is is the cpu that has gone bad?
Will try to get my hand on a 1156 board that has overclocking to check if it is really the voltage by now im stuck on 2 core
