BSoD when boot

I bought a new Mobo and cpu. Every time i boot to windows 7 i get bsod same with safe mode.Do i need to install the mobo's driver first before boot it , and if so how do i install it if i cant even boot my pc?I tried boot using installation cd but my keyboard and mouse doesnt work, its plugged on usb 2.0 and there is light on the keyboard and mouse, but i cant use it. Same with start up repair mouse/keyboard doesnt work at all. I dont have PS/2 mouse and keyboard

It's always suggested that you reinstall your OS alongside the chipset and all other drivers after you've migrated to a new board/platform. In that respect, also make sure you're on the latest BIOS for your motherboard. Your installer for the old OS will also have to be modified with relevant drivers using an app found on Gigabyte's support site.
