BSoD when CPU stressing Prime 95 but not on Gaming. Should i keep this OC?

Hello guys i was just wondering if it's okay if i can run this OC. When i run Prime95 i get BSoD after 5-10 mins. When i run CPU stress test on AIDA64. It seems stable. But when i FPU test on AIDA64 i get BSoD again. But when I'm gaming, so far i have never experienced any hiccups or BSoD. SHould i keep this OC?

Procie: i7 4790K 4.5GHZ@1.17V

Good day guys.I was wondering why i directly get BSoD when i stress my FPU but when doing CPU test. It is stable. Do you need to test the FPU also when stressing or it's okay if i just CPU test it?

Your call, but, in my opinion, a blue screen in Prime 95 means a cpu is not 100% stable at a given clockspeed....

If you are sure it's 100% stable in everything else, you might be able to live with it....

It's been a week since i've had no BSoD when running apps. But the second i stress test my CPU via Prime95 or FPU test via Aida64. It crashes automatically
