BSOD when overclock r9 270x hawk

as the title says but i boost from 1150 to 1200 core and 1400 to 1550 memory and its not temp related i dont think since it doesnt get hot

i google the bsod error 0xa0000001 and it looks like driver error :S

also if its not enough voltage how do i add more ? i have 600w psu and on msi afterburner i have power limit set to +20%

well i have the overclock stable on older drivers so how would i go around making it stable on the newer drivers
