Question BSOD when playing games or move too fast on the pc

Hey, i keep having BDOS or even the app closing on me while playing games or ive noticed when i move too fast closing or opening things it can some times BSOD, ive no idea whats causing it, thet person who build my pc couldnt find out what the problem was until he said something about the cooler on the cpu isnt good enough.
could someone just check out the reports and my pc specs to let me know if that is what they think also?

If these temperatures are the hottest your CPU is getting, then your cooler is fine and that not the issue.

i thought 90+ was bad for the pc? keep in mind im not playing any games at the moment
the far right is the hottest its been before my last BSOD about 1 hour ago, i havent booted up any games, just browser
