BSOD when playing games

I'm getting freezing and the BSOD when playing a game, its ragnarok online 2. i have many friends who play the game and they dont have the issue, I've reformated my computer, reinstalling everything from scratch, ran a virus scan, checked my video drivers and done a windows health diagnostic which says everything is normal. I ran speed fan thinking it was heat and the worst i got was my video card which was 60 and everything else was 44 or below, my current specs are...

MSI 970a-g46 motherboard
AMD 965 BE
XFX Radeon 6850 1gb Video Card
8gb DDR3 ram
500 GB (i think Seagate) HD with 409gb available
windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

I've done all my windows updates

Anyone have any ideas?
