I have not seen this bugcheck before:
if I were to guess it would be that the razer overlay driver is corrupting system memory and caused a corruption that led to this bugcheck. (update or remove the razer overlay drivers. look here
http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.php#R and compare with the list of razer drivers) I would also change the memory dump type to kernel in case you get another bugcheck. This will allow the internal error logs to be saved in the memory dump.
- you could also have a rootkit or malware messing with your system: so do a malwarebytes scan and run the windows system file checker
sfc.exe /scannow
- i guess you could have a general memory hardware problem and would run memtest86 to check (look for a single bit corruption problem 0x1111 was changed to 0x0111)
this mini memory dump will not contain the internal logs that will razer errors, you would have to change the dump type to kernel memory dump or full memory dump.
