Ive never had this problem until i started playing GTA V, My computer will just get the blue screen randomly and it will happen at least 2 times an hour. Ive tried lowering the display on gta but still get the same issue. The game runs perfectly but unsure why i keep getting the blue screen.

"a clock interrupt was not received from a secondary processor within the alotted time" is the error that shows when it crashes

Specs =
Windows 7 Ultimate
AMD FX-6300
ASUS R9 270 Series 2GB
8GB RAM
GA-78LMT-USB3

Generally, that BSOD message indicates the CPU itself locked up. For a non-OCd system, the only time I have ever seen this generated is when something overheats. So my first suggestion is to check temperatures while gaming; GTA V is very stressful, and might be more then your cooling can handle.

I am having this same issue,
Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit
amd fx 8320
Asus ATI R9 270x 4Gb
16 Gb DDR3 ram.

No O/C
The video card is factory over clocked but I have tried another card. the R9 280 at factory settings and I still get BSOD. My temps on GPU adn CPU never go above 54C.

I had been playing for some time before it started BSOD'ing and now I can't play it at all. As soon as it loads up and even while some times it crashes.

My Rig is more then capable of handline this game.
