Hi all. I have crappy barracks wifi that limits my devices so I was trying to share my connection to another pc via ethernet since im at my max devices. Works well for a few minutes then I get a BSOD and memory management error on PC #1. Restart everything and try again only to have the same thing happen.
Specs are:
PC #1
Windows 10
ASUS Maximus Hero VIII (using ethernet port here as an "out" to other pc)
6700k OC to 4.3 Ghz
asus pce-ac68 is connected to the wifi
PC #2
Ubuntu 17.04
AMD FX 6300
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P (ethernet port as the "in")
Pretty sure thats all that pertinent as far as hardware is concerned and I have pretty fresh installs of both OSes and made sure to get the newest drivers from the manufacturers not Microsoft.
Also worth mentioning is I tried to limit my PC1 ethernet port to 10 Mbps thinking that might help. Will try anything at this point though. Thanks!
