Question BSOD Whenever I Connect to Internet

Hey everyone, I've tried to play IT guy for the last 24hrs but to no avail.

The Problem: I receive a blue screen after connecting to the internet either immediately or within five minutes. Connection through Ethernet or WiFi causes a bluescreen. No issues when ran in safe mode or without internet. 70% of the errors are (KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE), with some of the others being: (HTTPS_DRIVER_CORRUPTED) or (DRIVERS_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL).

What I Have Tried:
  1. I have performed virus scans
  2. disk defragements
  3. disc cleanups
  4. Registry cleanups (while often ill advised I've grown desperate)
  5. I have updated the drivers
  6. I have disabled potential problem drivers (display and network adapters, I have since renabled them)
  7. I tested my ram using mdsched
  8. I have checked for corrupted windows files with sfc /scannow
  9. I have scanned my HDD with chkdsk
  10. I've ran a driver verifier for 8hrs with no problems off internet
  11. Lastly I have checked for windows updates.

I'm not really sure where to go from here other than perhaps a clean reinstall. I am missing my windows discs however so I'm not sure how viable that'd be.

My specs are: windows 8.1 64 bit (build 9600),
Model Asus ROG G75Vx (bios G75Vx. 206),
I7-3630QM @2.40ghz,
12288mb Ram,
GTX 670MX

This is my only laptop and am currently typing up on phone.

Thanks for the read and hopefully you all have some answers!
