So if anyone has seen my previous threads, I recently made a small upgrade to my pc.

I got a new board, psu, gpu, ram, and case. (Sucks I still havent gotten a new cpu yet)

So upon building my tower, I got excited when It turned on flawlessly after I put it together.

Unfortunately, I get bsod errors while installing windows. It just wouldnt install.

Ive tried 2 different hdds, even reseated the ram on both slots (I only have 1 ram stick, tried it on both slots)

It boots my usb, and goes through normal win 10 installation.

But after copying new files is done, it gets a bsod while copying windows files, with different errors everytime.

Errors are as follows :

  • Memory mamagement
  • System thread exception not handled
  • Pool corruption
  • Kmode something something
  • Cache manager

And the like.

Ive tried troubleshooting as much as I can, I even made a new bootable usb.

Any ideas? Could be hardware though Im not sure but Im getting a new ram stick later, thinking it was ram failure and its the easiest thing to replace

@rgd1101 I was hoping I found a good deal for it, only around $18 usd where I come from. Usually brand new its about $35-40 usd. Turns out I get what I pay for.

Any advantages with the ones with armor like the hyperx series over the regular good ol ram sticks? Is it just for heat dissipation?
