I bought a new box packed laptop DELL 3567 i5 7th Gen last year it was working fine until 2 days before and it started showing me BSOD while I moved it a bit..
for example if I am using it keeping it on my table and it if I stand up to show something to my colleague the system hangs to the screen and shows me the BSOD randomly, it sometimes restart itself or get stuck and I have to force restart the system!! It's never opened or repaired and was working fine and all of a sudden it happens,

I did the clean installation of the windows 10 but the situation persists!

ERROR ON BSOD:
APC_INDEX_MISMATCH
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (intelppm.sys)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (tcpip.sys)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Also it shows pink small patches on screen only while showing BSOD. also sometimes it loads like white lines sweeping in like a transition but a BSOD..

Let me know what could be the problem and fix.. .

Go here and run auto detect - https://www.dell.com/support/home/a...pport/product/inspiron-15-3567-laptop/drivers

then run disagnotics - https://www.dell.com/support/home/a...port/product/inspiron-15-3567-laptop/diagnose

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read
