Question BSOD while playing

Hi, recently while playing games on my laptop im getting BSOD, firstly it was Kernel_security_check_failure while playing ck2, and now when I was joining my singleplayer minecraft world, BSOD "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal afd sys" appeared... Its only with newest mc version, I can play normally on older versions.

I've tried updating drivers, validating RAMs, chkdsk and so on, and nothing works, BSOD still appears...

Laptop: dell precision 4800
OS: win 10

Tried to uninstall the graphics driver using ddu and install them again?
