Hi everyone i'm so depressed with my pc 🙁(. Here's my case:
My pc's spec:
Intel core i5 7400
Gigabyte B250M-d3h-cf
Memory 2x4gb Avexir 2400Ghz
Vga gt 730
Psu 400W cooler master

i bought my main, ram and cpu for 6 months. in the last first 4 month, everything works fine. but in the 5th month, the bsod started to happen. i got several types of bsod:
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

The first time i got the bsod, the pc's running for about 4 hours. This happened about 3 days. the 4th day, the bsod happened when i used the computer for 10 minutes, everytimes. I reinstalled window and used as normal.

After one month of using normally, the same happened. This time i checked for ram error with memtest and got a bunch of errors. i unpluged one ram each time and check for error but there's no error in anyslots. i plug two rams in and checked again but no errors.

After one month of using again. the same happened. i did the same things as above.

Do you have latest BIOS? Its odd to get errors and then none in memtest, I would check ram sticks for a longer period

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

I can't help you with this. Wait for someone else to reply. Good luck.

thanks gardenman :)

Compatelrunner.exe and werfault.exe are both parts of windows that look at hardware compatibility. Might also be drivers.

You seem to have old mouse drivers, they might be cause:

ElcMouUFlt.sys (Dated Tue Nov 30 2010 - Kaspersky Upper Mouse Device Filter driver
ElcMouLFlt.sys (dated Tue Nov 30 2010) - Kaspersky Lower Mouse Device Filter driver
I wasn't aware kaspersky made mice? What is this?

t_mouse.sys (Dated Mon Dec 3 2012) - iBall Advanced Mouse driver

cd rom driver from 2010 might be best you can get now?

remainder of drivers are brand new, fitting hardware really.

well, I didn't say that... 1st reply says that it is very strange to get memtest errors and then none. I suggested you do more testing with ram and slots

if you stop getting bsod after removing drivers, it could just be software. None of the errors tested by Gardenman were Memory Management specifically and even that one itself can be drivers.

Well i just unpluged my mouse and it's not happen. I'll report if bsod occured again. Tks guys. Love u <3

I think that Kaspersky mouse thing was a mistake. I believed what a web site told me and now I am not sure its right, Kaspersky wouldn't have a filter driver for a mouse, upper and lower makes no sense. Two web sites I normal can trust both said upper/lower mouse filter driver... why would you filter the different parts of a mouse?

Did you ever use Kaspersky Anti virus?

elcmouuflt.sys & ElcMouLFlt.sys might actually be ELECOM USB Mouse Driver - http://systemexplorer.net/file-database/file/elcmoulflt-sys

how are you using PC with no mouse plugged in? think you need to remove the drivers on top of unplugging mouse

I'm not sure if this is useful or not, but here is the info for the last 3 dump files you posted: https://pastebin.com/1jez1VMg

Yeah it's weird since i only use the newmen mouse from my old computer to now, i'll try uninstall the driver

Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser = Compatelrunner is part of the windows customer experience program. You can disable it by searching cortana for customer & choose Change Customer experience Improvement prograaaam settings

this brings up a pop up box and just selecting no should turn this off.

It seems I turned it off at one stage but I cannot remember why.

Can also try this way: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-performance/how-to-completely-stop-microsoft-compatability/c182f20f-f4cf-4d8b-aa1f-a764711497b0

Its still possible the mouse software was the cause, fairly surprised windows let you install it, given its age.
