Hi all,

For the past couple of weeks I've been consistently getting this blue screen error (usually once a day, sometimes more):

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL caused by Netio.SYS

I ran Microsoft Windows Debugger and got the following log below:

Microsoft (R) Windows Debugger Version 10.0.17674.1000 AMD64

I've tried updating the drivers directly from the manufacturer website, but I've had no luck thus far in further figuring out a solution to my problem. Any help would be appreciated - thanks!

netio.sys = Network I/O subsystem (Microsoft)

Do you have the latest LAN and/or WIFI drivers?

Can you follow option one on the following link - here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)
