BSOD windows 7, need help.

Recently this blue screen issue has been popping up frequently and I can't seem to get it fixed by myself.

My bluescreenview program says that it is ntoskrnl.exe that is causing all these bluescreens but I also have no idea on how to fix this.

your CPU came out in late june 2014, your BIOS came out before your CPU was release and does not have the required microcode updates for the new Low power CPU and is likely applying too much voltage to the CPU.

update the BIOS to a current version. http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z97%20Extreme4/?cat=Download&os=BIOS

I would check the CPU temps and cooling fans to make sure your system is not overheating. Your system was up for 3:30 seconds before the CPU shut it down. This can indicate a heat problem.

You have a bunch of suspect drivers and one bad driver that corrupts memory. You should confirm you know what these drivers do and you really need them.
