BSOD Windows 8.1 (dcp watchdog violation) Help!

So yesterday I was on my PC as normal, playing games, watching YouTube ect. But today when I got on I got a bsod, it gives the error of DCP_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and I have no clue what this is, after looking around its a windows self protection thing, the only thing I did yesterday was install Ad-Aware, because I have been getting ads on google chrome when I have Ad block install.
Anyone know or have any ideas how to fix this??

According to this resolved issue link above avg was the culprit. Try uninstalling ad-aware and see if the issue goes away? I'd install malwarebytes instead and see if that works without the bsod hopefully.

Well the thing is after I login after I press enter after my password, the bsod comes up!

If you read the link carefully you need to try to go into safe mode first.
