I am having a problem with a computer that was built by another company for my customer. The computer will randomly restart with no rhythm or rhyme to it. We thought that we fixed the problem by changing some settings in the receivers and gateways. The computer went ten days without restarting and then randomly at midnight it restarted.

When going through the event viewer it says that the computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000068, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff88004bf5a34). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 111216-3681-01. I don't know what any of this means. Is it a driver issue? Is it something else? I don't know.

I really don't know what I am supposed to be looking for or how to really troubleshoot the problem. I don't know what a whole lot of this stuff means but am learning as I go along. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

No I have not tried different RAM. I do have a program running on it when it crashes. It is a monitoring software called focal point. I have this same software running on hundreds of computers and they have never had problems with it.
