I had installed Windows 7 on a desktop computer and it kept giving me a blue screen every now and then. I asked around and people told me I should try 64-bit. So I bought windows 7 64 bit and installed it. However the blue screen persists. When I am playing a game, windows will randomy restart and give me the following details upon restart:

I suspect it's my graphics card that's doing this. AMD Radeon HD 4600 series. Anybody has a possible solution to this? Thanks!

Already updated drivers from Windows update, didn't fix anything. Then downloaded drivers from AMD (stable as well as beta) none of them solved anything either.
