cpu release date was 2017, your bios is from 12/27/2016
install updated bios: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/MAXIMUS-VIII-HERO/HelpDesk_Download/

it will provide updated CPU microcode fixes for your new CPU.

-----------
memory corruption of the stack,
(driver table in memory dump has been corrupted.)

it looks like a malware attack or maybe a driver overflow of a stack

I would remove your overclocking drivers:
NTIOLib_X64.sys
RTCore64.sys

Looks like you have a keyserver installed, I would scan for malware, adware, viruses and rootkits

I would run cmd.exe as an admin (or powershell) then run
sfc.exe /scannow
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
(some malware will disable these and will wipe your backup files)
