So first I hope this section will ok for this I really had no idea where to post.

Now getting to point, I am having troubles with my PC especially when running games.
Today it happend twice and annoyed me pretty much.
First I launched game Cuisine Royale if it matters on steam, we went on map with friends, I ran few meters in game and error appeared:

(sorry for this way but option of insert image doesn't work)
Then game disappeared, my desktop showed without icons or start bar, and gave almost same I/O error but with diffrent error status and diffrent file causing it

So I used button on PC to restart it and when started launched game and discord again.
I went into game, we started play and after spawn game stopped, Windows was responsible I could minimize game and my discord talk was functioning.
After few seconds game disappeared, it went to desktop but this time icons and start bar was on it and was accesible, so I went to menu and choosed restart computer, after a while windows crushed (typical bugged sound when speaking with someone on discord for example) and after a while bsod appeared:

I tried to google something out but there's none valiable solution for me.
Till now I checked my PSU:
it gave 11.60 - 11.80 V in diffrent plugs/strictly on PSU connector, on multimeter
4.93 V in molex and strictly on PSU connector, on multimeter
3.28 V strictly on PSU connector, on multimeter
While measuring those volts I was running MSI Kombustor cause my mine suspicion was on 12V line as my PSU is quite old and it ran a few graphic energy monsters (GTX 570, GTX 970).
On the other hand readings from speccy are much other

I ran memtest86 on my RAM, 1 full pass none errors

I ran chkdsk for my HDD no errors (I've already dropped from PC 2 Tb Hitachi disk as thinking that it is causing problems even was some slight improvement after I put it off from PC) and now I am running on some old seagate 320 Gb which seems to be fine and didn't had problems with it
For now I have no idea what should I blame and where to look for problem.

My setup:
MB: MSI B75A-G43 Gaming
CPU: i5-3570k
HDD: Seagate 320Gb 5900 RPM (previous on which same thing occured Hitachi 2 Tb 7200 RPM regenerated)
PSU: Thermaltake Smart SE 530W 80+ bronze
GPU: RTX 2070 MSI Aero ITX
RAM: Kingston Hyperx Savage 16 Gb 1600 MHz CL9 XMP
OS: Win 7 64 bit Ultimate

GPU and RAM was changed in september bought as new, rest of setup is quite old about 7 years or more

Also I wasn't able to start surface scan on any of HDD neither on Hitachi nor Seagate

The last error (in the attempt to run HDD diagnostics) is really odd. How did you move from the 2TB drive to the older one; was it a clone of the original drive or did you do a fresh install?

Does that odd HDD diagnostic result happen with either drive? Test in another SATA port.

Generally the build at this point seems 'inbalanced,' with a rather weak CPU for that new card and a bit of a low PSU. The CPU/GPU balance shouldn't cause those crashes though. Is it possible you could borrow another PSU (or other component) to test with?

I know that it's inbalanced but my wallett doesn't allow me to change whole setup at once, so I'll be upgrading it over time.
Also I got RTX for nice price in shop, there were no problems for about 2 months after upgrade

MHDD said for both disks same.
To switch to another hdd I unplugged 2 Tb it was causing boot problems even entering bios was impossible almost, and it didn't allow me to install Win on smaller disk, can't remember error appearing then, but unplugging 2 Tb made pc boot normally and I could install Win.
So I erased whole 320 Gb through installation made new partitions and installed whole needed software drivers, antivir, win updates.
Then I plugged back 2 Tb as slave, recovered from it my data by simply drag and copy and erased whole 2 Tb through windows disk manager, and left disk plugged without binding partitions.
Then I got twice only bsod 0x00000f4 always in overwatch, wasn't able to play more than few mins, so I thought to remove away 2 tb and it seemed problem solved, but then yesterday after almost week happend all above.
I also saw that while second time game disappeared in previous post I've lost nvidia drivers icons so I am thinking that mayby there's problem but I don't have idea how to point exact thing causing problems.

Problem solved I've finally was able to run MHDD and it seems that problem became with 320 Gb Seagate which corrupted somehow software on my 2 Tb at first time, but I managed to put wrong conclusion and thought that 2 Tb failed.
Here's SMART and surface scan of 320 Gb

And here SMART and surface scan of 2 Tb

I've installed Win with all drivers on 2 Tb and Cuisine Royale with discord runs fine
