I bought 2x 2GB DDR2 modules both 100% exact matching modules, i tried the mtogether and i get a BSOD one of them works alone but not both of them together.

ATM im using 3GB DDR2 memory and it runs perfectly, ive tried mixing and matching ram and the same thing happens.

The ram im trying to use is OCZ Value ram 2gbX2 i looked at the ram specs and it is made for Intel and AMD.

Hello... Any time you move/change or Test your RAM, you should do a MB/BIOs CMOS Reset between Tests.

Take your time here and be slow and careful to your MB... look in your MB manual/Pdf for pictures and location of the SW/pins. B )

1) un-plug PS from wall.
2) remove MB battery
3) place jumper pins/switch on MB to clear the capacitors... for ~1 min
4) remove Jumper/switch
5) re-install battery

Look in your manual for the correct RAM slots you want to use/test for "Dual channel" OR "single channel" operation with this MB.

6) re-move and re-seat your RAM stick(s) into the MB slots.
7) plug monitor into the MB video output OR Video card for a BOOT display, And set your monitor for that cable input.
8) plug in PS to wall
9)...
1| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?

2| What architecture of your OS are you running at the moment? Often times the increase in capacity above that which is recognized by the OS can result in BSOD's.

3| If the rams run separately while populated in either slot without giving any BSOD's then you should look to your boards BIOS and see if an update is available and of the BSOD's occur you may want to reinstall your OS with a 64bit architecture in order to recognize all your ram.

4| This may be of some service.

*Sadly the board is quite dated and the BIOS for that board can't be sourced. You may be out of options on this endeavor.
