Not sure if this post can be done here.
Now a days my system go to BSOD caused by grdv.sys SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Can some one help in fixing this issue
I found some references to similar problems. Apparently gdrv.sys is installed by certain Gigabyte software utilities. Did you install some overclocking or power management software that came with your Gigabyte GPU? try removing it to see if this fixes the problem.
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION basically means a Windows service crashed. Because a coding error is VERY unlikely, its likely due to either a poorly written driver, or RAM corruption.
RAM is easier to prove, so run memtest86 and report results.

You could try running as the administrator in the Command Prompt "SFC /scannow" If you find any errors it is a sure sign that you have memory problems.

Appreciate the response, last night after uninstalling the Gibabyte utilities i can see my maching running without issues ,i will test it today aswell and see a whole night.
Will update once done.Thanks
And if you can't uninstall that piece of crap software because the BSOD happens right after logging on and you can't uninstall it in safe mode, use this workaround:
