these are the two blue screens so far that i’ve gotten. i changed my offset voltage i had back to regular and all overclocking settings. i ran the windows memory diagnostic tool and nothing came up for errors. i’m unsure where to go from here.

msi x570 mpg gaming plus
asus rog strix 2070
g.skill trident Z 2 x 8 3200 mhz
seagate 7200rpm hdd
crucial mx500 1tb ssd

Which BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? There is a latter version here, if you aren't on the latest revision. Also, which version of Windows 10 are you on?

i updated the driver when i built the pc last saturday but i’m gonna reflash it but i’m on windows 10 pro 1903. after i reflash my bios i think i’m going to install the sata driver because that’s the one thing i forgot to check when booting this pc last week
