Question BSOD's after building new PC

I've tries sfc /scannow and for some reason I cant do DISM. It blue screens atleast once every hour and some of the BSOD's are like Memory_Management, System Service Exception, Critical Process Died, Kmode Exception not handled, Attempted to write to Readonly memory. etc. It'll happen at random times too. The PC also randomly will just close programs and then I try to open it again and it wont open

the ram is 2x8GB, you mixing 2 kit?
test with just using 1 kit?
