BSODs, System Restore Errors, No Audio

I recently realized that my audio stopped working. After an hour or so of trying to fix it, I tried to boot into safe mode. When I booted into safe mode, I got the blue screen, "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA". I tried to boot into safe mode again and got "BAD_POOL_HEADER".
Weird thing is, my speakers work when I used the diagnostics tool built in to my computer(not Windows). I next tried to use System Restore, but when I looked all my restore points were gone(and I know I had some). When I went into "Create a Restore Point", it gave me, "System Restore Encountered an Error. (0x81000203).

I have Bitdefender Total Security 2017 as my Antivirus/Firewall/Antiwhatever

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

There's realistically two options here:

1) Try booting with just 1 stick of RAM in varying slots. Most of the time this is tied to RAM hardware.

2) Re-install the OS. In any other instance of this I've seen, if the RAM fix doesn't work you need to re-install the OS.

Regardless, you should probably replace Windows System Restore. HAving restore points disappear is sadly all to common. I'd recommend either Comodo Time Machine or RollBack Rx.
can you download and run who crashed: http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed
it will give us a summary of errors - likely just point at sound drivers

Copy/paste results here

Open Run box from the WinX menu, type services.msc to open the Services Manager and ensure that the Volume Shadow Copy, Task Scheduler & Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider Services are Running and set on Automatic.

I only have BItdefender Total Security 2016, wonder when I get updated version.
