Hello! I am new to forums like this, and this is my first time posting, so I apologise if I do not provide enough information or am unclear.

For a while now, I've had many unexpected crashes with blue screens. I can only find 5 in my mini dump folder, but there has been countless other dumps in the past. These crashes have begun around 4-5 months ago. The only significant change to my PC would be putting in a 4GB ram stick. Had no problem with that and everything had been fine for over a year, so I can't directly blame the RAM for the crashes as it's been a while. The crashes occur while afk, in games or surfing the web. They are totally random and I can't seem to analyse a pattern.

Just today, whilst booting my PC, it restarted before i could log on. It is the first time which that has happened, and I've become too concerned to try and resolve issues like this myself.

I have performed a system refresh, which did not help. Updated which drivers I can, and cleared up a bunch of junk files and outdated crap from my PC. I'm lost and out of options, and the last thing I want to do (unless I really have to do it) is send my computer in to a shop and spend a good few hundred quid getting it fixed, as I don't have that money right now.

I have looked up many threads similar to this, but nothing seems to have worked for me, or I have done them incorrectly.

I'm pretty desperate right now, as anything I do does not seem to work. Help would be greatly appreciated. Linked below are pastebins of the 5 dumps in my minidump folder. Thanks a bunch!

I see SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION string 4 times. That bug check is RAM related. I'd suggest putting memtest86+ onto a flashdrive and letting it run for several hours.

I did so. I gathered over 1700 errors. How can I fix this, if it is possible? The RAM I put in ages ago cost me £32 and I don't want that to go to waste. Would it be cheap(er) to take it to a shop or something of the sort? Thanks!

1700 errors. wow. You can't fix RAM, just have to RMA it or buy new.
