Dear sir/madam,

I'm posting here for a friend. He's having a lot of trouble with BSOD's. I have tried helping him with updating drivers, running commands in cmd (chkdsk and scannow) etc. I wanted to upload the minidump file because I've heard that people can be of use especially when they have access to those files. https://www.dropbox.com/s/vile0zob6hl4ery/081319-11328-01.zip?dl=0

I really hope someone can help him.

Yours faithfully, Arne Wessel

I'll put up some here: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, PAGE-FAULT-IN-NONPAGED_AREA, ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY, UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP, SYTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and there might be more however bluescreen view has updated so we cant look back farther.

I've had the same kind of BSOD's before, make sure to check the difference between recommended and currently allogated ram used, and update your windows, or clean install them. Updating to build 1903 fixed everything for me.

I have ran the dump files you attached and you can see the full reports here:

Dump 1: https://pste.eu/p/c8jb.html (ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY )
Dump 2: https://pste.eu/p/DeX4.html (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA )
Dump 3: https://pste.eu/p/1S1G.html (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL )

Being as there are multiple dumps, I suggest you look at each report for more detail as opposed to me posting the summary here (as I would for 1 dump file).

All of your bugchecks attached are typically driver BSOD, the vast variety could indicate something different, but it's first usually best to eliminate software to prevent any costly changes straight away. So some things to consider from what I saw in the dumps and what you can see in the reports:
  • I could not deduce BIOS or system information - do you have the latest BIOS installed?
  • I noticed AppShopDrv103.sys - and was not sure of it's origin, so could be something to look at.
  • I noticed your NVIDIA video drivers were out of date, you'll want to update these.
  • If you are running any overclock, remove it, same goes for XMP. It may be worth disabling Ryzen OC and Master until the issue is resolved.
  • Antivirus can often cause the second bugcheck, so you may want to disable Malwarebytes to see if the problem persists. AV can commonly cause these problems.
  • I've seen GLCKIO2.sys cause some issues in the past, a GB RGB driver I believe.
  • I didn't notice any WiFI / LAN drivers?

You can disable any drivers without removing them by using Autoruns.
