Budget 144hz gaming monitor (ASUS vs AOC)

So I'm looking to buy an cheap 144hz display for my setup and was just wondering if spending an extra $68 on an ASUS VG248QE is worth it, rather then just buying an AOC G2460PF?

If you don't need 3D Vision, don't like glossy frame and stand finish, or if you don't have an NVIDIA GPU, then, get the AOC (cheaper with almost the same features, with matte frame and supports AMD Radeon FreeSync).
